Best Management Agent Ive ever used!
I contacted Maya last year as I wanted to start doing short term rentals on my apartments in Banus. She was super responsive and helpful with everything we needed.
Maya managed the refurb, furniture, licences, photos etc and was easy to work with and didn't overcharge for anything.
If you're looking for an agency to manage short term rentals in Marbella, you should defo use Maya!
Shame she's not in London.... we need her here!

purchased an investment property in Manilva in 2018 but the property manager that I was referred to by my buyer’s agent was not working out at all - no initiative to get my property rent-ready, she even told me after taking my property that it was too far for her to go there regularly! Thankfully, another owner in my complex gave me Maya’s contact info - the difference in service was like night & day. I live in USA so having a good property manager is absolutely crucial. Maya helped to get my house ready - furnishing bathrooms, landscaping, lighting, repairs, etc. and found a long-term tenant for me in good time; and her communication with me has always been great, quick replies. We have been very happy with Maya’s professional expertise.
She manages our rental apartment and we rely on her not only to warmly communicate with and greet our guests; but also to quickly and efficiently handle surprises (such as discovering and arranging all the work to repair a major leak in our plumbing; and quickly handling the replacement of a dishwasher that stopped working).
But before our first rental- Maya was a lifesaver who helped us bring an outdated apartment up to a high standard. She efficiently managed a remodel of every room - working with me on design choices, hiring contractors, managing schedule and budget, problem solving utilities and HOA issues while keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
She guided us through every step of the process in bringing this apartment online as a successful rental. She was our boots on the ground as we live outside the country.
